Bought the "Pro Edition 10 days ago.
Where is my profit??
Shows I made $1823
Where is it?
I want a full refund.
"Pro Edition" was not cheap. Seems evident their operation may be skimming my profits. Nothing adfs up. (what's to stop them from running an "algorithm of their own to skim the profits of their users?)
Customer service is non existent.
Feel completely scammed.

I´m very satisfied with 3commas using free composite bots. First I tried single bots, but I spent time to read the tutorials and found the composite bots. With the composite bots my profits is only growing. I don´t understand how people loss money in 3commas, becouse since I started I´m only gain profits. I think people need more time to read, understand and test the bots, before risk your own money without understand the platform. I will deposit more money to open more composite bots and so make more profits. Thanks God for 3commas.io .

This is hands down the best dollar cost averaging bot trading service I have ever used. It is simple and easy to configure and you can be making crypto quickly. This is not going to make you rich overnight but it can and is putting a steady passive income into my wallets. They support many different exchanges incliding GDAX-Coinbase Pro for Americans. However where I believe these bots excel at are futures scalping and day trading.

They are integrated with trading-view so you can get information from there for your bots to work with but you don't really need it for anything but charting. All bots are public so you can see what others are doing and even copy their bot and modify it to fit your needs. They have so many different options but the basic setup is quite simple US citizens are at a slight disadvantage because of the limited exchanges available ro you.

3Commas also offers a new trade terminal interface and a smart trade option that works on some exchanges their bots don't as of yet such as KuCoin. This seems like a solid company have a great support staff. They are constantly adding features while improving their bots and services. They work off your exchange created API keys.

One last thing that is really good they free paper trading service that is their to test your bots on before setting them loose with real assets. These bots are incredible and the subscription has paid for itself in less than a week. Try it free for three days I think everyone will be as happy as I am with this service.

UPDATE: They reached out to me and offered me 2 free months of service in response to the payment they would not refund. I do appreciate this and need to mention they did respond and have taken a positive action on this. Thank you. I have updated my review to 3 star.
In response to my previous reports I still need to mention to everyone, read the fine print, read the agreements because they have policies that are unforgiving and imo can be unfair or potentially ludicrous to some degree.
My recommendation to the owners/developers of the service would be to have a more open minded policy on refunds, pro-rations and account transitions. If money is paid to your company by a client, then the client should maintain that value across all services and be able to move that value to the plans they need at the time. May require a complex solution to automate, but ultimately could be handled initially by customer service support reps. Anyway, thanks for the 2 free months and being as understanding as your current policies allow you to be. I appreciate it.

Dont spend your money on this. You still have to actively engage your orders basically. And when you leave it, the bot will make you lose money and call it unrecognised profit. I seen this other site which has if loop command which is true code and they dont hassle you to let tradeview do the alert webhook. All in all 3commas should not have all these good reviews to me. Theres a better site and worth the extra dollars, that one will work for you. Look for the if, condition and action command bot. This one is not that, and you doing it yourself, I could just go on the damn platform and do it myself at more accurate price.

Still early in my journey but a fantastic platform, enabling the paper trading account is a great way of learning the basics of BOT trading and offers an insight into margin and future trading. Easy to use with a great knowledge base.

I wish I could give a better review but there are many bugs on the platform. Safety not activating, beastmode activating for no reason, change to isolated / cross margin not requested, etc. I have lost money because of this.
Moreover, the support was good but is really lacking lately. Used to be responsive but I have opened tickets that have been unanswered for a day or 2 while time was sensitive.
I like the setup and options of the platform, many signals and exchanges but if I continue losing money due to bugs, I will have to look for an alternative.

Well, I am very glad using the Bots of 3 Commas. There are still things I need to learn, and additional trading course to pass, but so far for 1 month use my balance is on Plus and I am very happy as a beginner to be on plus from the first day. Of course with the time I will be better, because sometimes I have to close manually a deals or add funds. Now I will pay more attention and follow the news and the technical analyses and for sure my profits will be even better. The customer service is very good, thank you guys, always kind and very fast! I am not an expert, I am still new user of the Bots, but so far - I recommend the services of 3Commas. What I would recommend to 3Commas - Please make lower prices for the monthly payments without Annual subscription, 99 USD is too high. And for the beginners is difficult to pay full Annual subscription in order to get the better with 50% discount. Most of the beginners are trading with small amounts. Thank you guys!
